From Exposition, select Set up an exposition, double-click an exposition, double-click an exposition product, click More, and select Links
Current Function Links for
Displays the name of the parent product.
Linked Products
Displays the primary product's linked secondary products.
Insert button
Opens the Child Components window used for selecting secondary products:
Secondary Products - Lists all available (non-linked) products.
Delete button
Click to break the link to a selected secondary product.
To define a product link
1. Open an exposition product on the Exposition Product Detail window:
□ From Exposition, select Set up an exposition to open the Set up an exposition window.
□ Double-click the exposition to open it on the Set up an exposition window (second instance).
□ Double-click a product.
2. Click More, and select Links to open the Exposition Product Links window.
3. Click Insert to open the Child Components window.
4. Select a secondary product, and click OK to link the secondary product to the primary product.
To delete a product link
1. Open an exposition product on the Exposition Product Detail window:
□ From Exposition, select Set up an exposition to open the Set up an exposition window.
□ Double-click the exposition to open it on the Set up an exposition window (second instance).
□ Double-click a product.
2. Click More, and select Links to open the Exposition Product Links window.
3. Select the secondary product link you want to delete, and click Delete. A message prompts you to verify deleting the link.
4. Click Yes to delete the link.
Note: The primary and secondary products are no longer linked. You did not delete any products. If you filled an order with a primary product linked to a secondary product, you must delete the linked (secondary) product from the order manually. See Editing Exposition Orders for detailed procedures.
